Robin Iori quoted in ABA Journal on coupons for lawyers

Robin Iori was recently quoted by the American Bar Association Journal on the topic of lawyers offering discounts through daily-deal websites, like Groupon and Living Social. While ethics opinions from several state bar associations have opened the door to the practice, Robin cautions that the deals often drive lots of one-time business, not necessarily repeat clients. However, for younger clientele who are accustomed to finding new service providers in this manner, the deal sites may open up new markets for attorneys.
